1. The promotion is organised by Surf Inc Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Ks. Stanisława Truszkowskiego 32a, 31-352 Kraków, KRS 0000728287, which operates the online Store surf.inc.
2. By subscribing to the Newsletter, the Customer receives a code for a 5% discount on an order in the Store. The code is displayed after subscribing through the ‘Get your code’ form on a product page and is also sent in the first message after subscribing to the Newsletter.
3. Each Customer may use the code only once.
4. The discount is calculated on the prices of Goods in the cart. The code does not apply to discounted Goods, gift cards (Surf Gift Card), Goods from the ‘Młode Głowy x Surf Inc.’ collection or delivery costs.
5. The code cannot be combined with other discount codes. A gift card (Surf Gift Card) is not a discount code and may be used to pay for an order placed with the code.
6. The code cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter does not affect the right to use a code already received.
8. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the amount refunded for the Goods is the price actually paid, including the discount.
9. The promotion continues until further notice. The Store may end it at any time. Orders placed with the code before the promotion ends will be fulfilled with the discount.
10. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Store Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Store Terms and Conditions.
