We make fleece in a few builds: zip-through, with a V-neck, and with a high collar that buttons up. The current set of cuts is on the product list. All of them are made in Europe. The base is polyester, the classic fleece knit, not wool.

Amigo's Sherpa is the zip-through one: metal zip, logo puller, a large front pocket and a drawstring at the hem. The collar and the front placket carry modal inserts, modal 70%, polyester 30%. The model belongs to the SzulcWorks x Surf Inc. collection. V Collar Sherpa Sweat is cut oversize, with a V-neck that does not scratch at the throat and light slits at the sides; it comes in one size. The High Neck models close with logo buttons, keep the wind out with a tall collar and carry a roomy kangaroo pocket you can reach from both sides.

The high collar models have ribbing at the cuffs and at the hem, and Amigo's has a drawstring there instead. The front of the high collar models carries a two-colour embroidery. Amigo's has two of them, one on the front placket and one at the back of the neck, plus a Cash Only label at the side. The pocket in Black Sherpa High Neck is viscose 100%.

On the product cards we describe fleece as something for cold evenings by the sea and for walking in the mountains. Hence the tall collars and the pockets you can warm your hands in. Beanies and sweatpants finish the set. The wool layer sits in sweaters, not here.

Is the fleece made of wool? No. The base is always polyester. Inserts and pocket linings are sometimes modal or viscose, but there is no wool in the fleece; you will find wool in sweaters. Do you give the weight of the knit? The cards in this category do not carry it, so we quote no figure here. Do the fleeces come in sizes? V Collar Sherpa Sweat comes in one size, and for the rest the available sizes are listed on the product card. Which model has the biggest pocket? The High Neck ones, with a kangaroo pocket you can reach from both sides.
