Beach Bum Sweater and Surf Bum Sweater share one blend: wool 65%, recycled polyamide 20%, silk 15%. The wool handles thermal insulation, the recycled polyamide strengthens the fibre.
Ferrel Sweater runs on another recipe: wool 47%, recycled wool 23%, recycled polyamide 30%. Morne Sweater is knitted from wool 70%, polyester 25% and 5% other fibres. Looking for a surf sweater with a particular fibre content? The composition sits on every card.
Knits, patterns and labels

Beach Bum Sweater comes in muted, natural and grey shades, with the colour name on the piece: Brownie, Cookie, Creamy, Grey, Light Grey. On those cards we describe the cut as oversize, and part of them add wide ribbing at the neck, cuffs and hem.
Surf Bum Sweater goes into strong colour, with binding along the back neckline and a front label carrying a surfing suns motif; the Deep Purple card also mentions embroidery. Ferrel Sweater - Light Grey is a take on cables in grey melange, Morne Sweater - Stone Grey carries geometric motifs drawn from Scandinavian design. On the Ferrel, Morne and Surf Bum cards, a small flag label with the logo returns in the side seam.
Underneath, a shirt works when you want a collar showing. On several cards we point to denim as the pairing for a surfer sweater.
Questions we get most often

Are these sweaters pure wool? No. Wool is the base, blended with silk, polyamide (recycled as well) or polyester. The composition is given with each piece.
Why polyamide in the wool? It strengthens the fibre, because wool on its own is delicate.
Is every sweater unisex? No. The unisex marking appears on part of the Beach Bum cards, on Cookie, Creamy, Grey and Light Grey.
