Regulations of the “Socks for 1 EUR” Promotion
§1. General Provisions
These regulations (hereinafter: “Regulations”) set out the rules, conditions, and procedures of the promotional campaign called “Socks for One Euro” (hereinafter: “Promotion”).
The organizer of the Promotion is Surf Inc Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Krakow, address: ul. Ks. Stanisława Truszkowskiego 32a, 31‑352 Krakow, VAT ID: 9592006709, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer.”
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, or mutual bet within the meaning of the Gambling Act.
§2. Duration of the Promotion
Registration for the newsletter entitling participants to join the Promotion runs from October 28, 2025 to November 29, 2025.
On November 30, 2025, the Organizer will send an email to those subscribed to the newsletter containing a link to the product page allowing the purchase of promotional socks for 1 EUR.
The product page will remain active until stocks are exhausted (1,000 pairs of socks).
Once the stock is depleted, the Promotion will automatically end.
§3. Participation Conditions
A participant in the Promotion (“Participant”) can be any natural person who: a) has full legal capacity, b) is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Civil Code, c) registers for the Organizer’s newsletter during the Promotion period and remains subscribed until November 30, 2025.
Newsletter registration is done via the form available on the Organizer’s website or via the Organizer’s promotional channels.
Only individuals who successfully register for the newsletter and do not unsubscribe before November 30, 2025, will receive the email with the link to the product page.
Persons who do not meet the conditions set out in these Regulations are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.
§4. Promotion Rules
Under the Promotion, the first 1,000 people who purchase socks via the newsletter link will be entitled to buy one pair of socks for 1 EUR.
Each Participant may purchase a maximum of one promotional pair of socks.
The sock model will be randomly selected by the Organizer from four best-selling models: Wave Tiger Socks, Wave Socks, Joints and Surf, Mystery Socks (mystery model – surprise).
Participants may choose the sock size from those available on the product page.
Shipping costs are borne by the Participant according to the current online store pricing.
Participants may add other products to the cart and use free shipping if they meet the store’s conditions.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or promo codes.
Products purchased as part of the Promotion cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of defects as provided by law.
§5. Order Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled according to the standard delivery time of the Organizer’s online store.
Once the stock (1,000 pairs) is depleted, further orders cannot be processed at the promotional price.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel an order in case of abuse, particularly multiple registrations of the same person using different email addresses.
§6. Personal Data
The data controller of Participants’ personal data is Surf Inc Sp. z o.o., ul. Ks. Stanisława Truszkowskiego 32a, 31‑352 Krakow.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, managing the newsletter, sending commercial information, and handling any complaints.
Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Each Participant has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, limit processing, and withdraw consent.
Data will be stored for the duration of the Promotion and until consent for receiving the newsletter is withdrawn.
§7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion can be submitted by email to support@surf.inc, with the note “Reklamacja – Skarpetki za złotówkę.”
Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint procedure via email.
§8. Final Provisions
The full text of these Regulations is available on the Organizer’s website: SURF.INC.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations, provided that such amendments do not affect the rights already acquired by Participants.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems preventing participation in the Promotion due to causes beyond its control.
Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the Civil Code and other applicable Polish law.
These Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Organizer’s website.
