Contest rules

  • Post your photo or a short video wearing Surf Inc on Instagram or TikTok.
  • Tag us: @surf.inc_official and add the dedicated hashtag #saltyofthemonth.
  • At the end of each month, we choose our Salty of the Month, who will receive a voucher worth 1000 PLN to use on www.surf.inc or in our Warsaw store

RULES OF THE “SALTY OF THE MONTH” CONTEST

§1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the “Salty of the Month” contest, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”, is Surf Inc, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

  2. The Contest is conducted on the Instagram and TikTok platforms.

  3. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered in any way by Instagram or TikTok.

  4. The Contest runs continuously, and the winner is selected at the end of each calendar month.

§ 2. Participants

  1. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has a public account on Instagram or TikTok may participate in the Contest.

  2. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

§ 3. Contest Rules

To participate, the Participant must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Publish a photo or short video featuring Surf Inc products as a static post or Reels video on Instagram, or as a video on TikTok. Story posts are not eligible for the Contest.

  2. Publish the content on their own public Instagram or TikTok profile.

  3. Tag the Organizer’s profile: @surf.inc_official.

  4. Add the hashtag #saltyofthemonth

§ 4. Winner Selection

  1. At the end of each month, the Organizer selects one Participant who will be awarded the title “Salty of the Month”.

  2. The selection is made by the Organizer based on a subjective evaluation of creativity, aesthetics, and alignment with the brand’s image.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to publish only selected Contest submissions.

  4. The winner announcement will be posted on the Organizer’s social media profiles.

§ 5. Prize

  1. The prize is a dedicated voucher worth 250 EUR, redeemable at https://surf.inc.

  2. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

  3. Details regarding voucher redemption will be provided to the winner via private message.

§ 6. Copyright and Use of Content

  1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant declares that they are the author of the published content and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

  2. The Participant grants the Organizer permission to use selected Contest materials free of charge for marketing and promotional purposes.

  3. Photos and videos may, but are not required to, be used on the Organizer’s website as outfit inspiration.

  4. This consent is granted without territorial or time limitations.

§ 7. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules during the Contest, provided that such changes do not worsen the conditions of participation.. 

  2. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

  3. The Rules may be shared on the Organizer’s social media channels.

  4. The full and current version of the Rules is available on the Organizer’s website https://surf.inc/en/salty and constitutes the only binding version of the Contest Rules.
